EXW ... (named place of delivery)
The seller’s main obligations :
- deliver the goods by placing them at the buyer’s disposal at the named place of delivery, not loaded on any collecting vehicle ;
- provide any information for the export in perfect security, where applicable.
The buyer’s main obligations :
- take delivery of the goods ;
- carry out all customs formalities for the export, including security-related clearances, where applicable.
